Vincent joined Vegas Voice Institute’s dynamic therapy team in 2016. He was inspired to become a speech-language pathologist after his grandfather underwent a total laryngectomy. He witnessed firsthand the value of the professionals who helped his grandfather relearn how to communicate with his family, and Vincent recognized that this service played a tremendous part in his recovery. He was impassioned by the incredible expertise and impact of the field, and he knew from then on that his calling in life was to become a speech-language pathologist himself so he could impact people just like his grandfather by assisting them with their voice and swallowing issues. It was this personal experience that influenced him to earn an education in speech-language pathology.

Vincent graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York, Cortland in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders. He went on to earn his Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2016 from the same institution, and he comes to Vegas Voice Institute with diverse medical training. He gained clinical experience evaluating patients in a Brain Injury Unit at Binghamton General Hospital in Binghamton, New York, providing dysarthria, aphasia, and dysphagia treatments for those who had experienced strokes, traumatic brain injuries, and dementia. He completed his medical externship at Wilson Hospital in Johnson City, New York, where he performed swallowing and tracheotomy evaluations, Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS), and evaluations on patients with head and neck cancer post-radiation therapy. He then completed his academic externship at Frazer Elementary/Middle School in Syracuse, New York where he provided speech therapy to the students.

Vincent is a certified Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) Think Loud provider for patients struggling with Parkinson disease and other voice difficulties. He is a Vital Stim Certified Provider and sEMG Biofeedback trained and able to perform NMES in swallowing institute for patients with swallowing difficulties. He is trained in Fiberoptic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES Studies) and performs Stroboscopy.

He is certified by the State of Nevada Board of Examiners for Audiology and Speech Pathology since 2016 and the State of Board of North Carolina. Vincent is board-certified as a speech-language pathologist by the American Speech and Hearing Association and received a certificate of clinical competence in speech-language pathology.
