Go-To-Meeting Directions
- Open the email sent from Vegas Voice Institute with the Go-To Meeting Invitation
- Write down Meeting Number #_________________________
- If you choose to use Desktop or Laptop Download Go-To Meeting days in advance at www.gotomeeting.com. Find the “Join a Meeting” box in upper right hand corner.
- If using a Smartphone or IPad Download Go-To Meeting App from App store
- Go to www.gotomeeting.com Find the “Join a Meeting” box in upper right hand corner
- Click the “Join a Meeting “box and enter the Meeting Number including the dashes and then click “continue”
- A pop-up box will appear if your therapist is not at the meeting already
- Click the “Internet Call” bubble and wait for our therapist
- Once your therapist joins the meeting you will be asked to use your webcam; Agree to use your webcam by clicking on the appropriate button.
How to Prepare for your First Go-To-Meeting Speech Therapy Appointment
- Give our front office your email address to receive the Go-To Meeting Reminders.

- Have your therapy items ready for session:
- Voice Therapy: Water, Straw, Ruler, Sound Level Meter
- Cognitive Therapy: Paper & Pencil
